The registry component represents a OGC API Resources compatible web accessible service where the Application Packages can be registered. Once registered, the Application Package is Findable and Accessible. It can then be used in heterogeneous execution environments.

Clone the repository to your local environment using:
git clone https://github.com/ILIAD-ocean-twin/application_package_registry.git
The following software is required to set up and run the Application Package Registry:
• Docker Engine
• Docker Compose
Ensure these are installed before proceeding with the setup.
To host the Application Package Registry on your own domain, open the pygeoapi.config.yml file and update the url property under the server class to match your domain (e.g., https://yourdomain.com).
Run the Registry on your host machine using the following command:
docker-compose up
